Additionally, If your order is confirmed as lost during shipment by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
REQUIRED CONDITION & EXCEPTION
Due to the personalized nature of your printed order, refunds or returns due to fit-related issues are not applicable. Our policy is strictly limited to replacing or refunding items identified as faulty on our part.
To be eligible for a return/refund for a faulty item, you must notify us within 30 days of order receipt. Please email [email protected] with the following details:
Your order/invoice ID
A photo of the entire item
A photo of the size tag on the collar or the shipping label on the package.
The physical return of an item is granted for specific cases, and the process is as follows:

Return Shipping:
For approved returns due to our error or defective products, return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
For non-defective items, returns are generally not supported due to the personalized nature of the product.
Product Condition:The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
We are more than willing to assist in cases where errors originate from our end, such as sending the wrong size or printing errors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your request.
Method of refund: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Refund Processing Time: Your refund will be processed and credited within 10 business days after the request is approved.
We do not facilitate refunds or reprints in the following scenarios:
Your order failed to arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address, absence during delivery).
It has been over 30 days since you received the items.
